Oxymetazoline HCl.
Action
Pharmacology: Mode of Action: Iliadin Kinder relieves nasal congestion, with an onset of action <10 min that lasts for 5-8 hrs.
Indications/Uses
Relief from nasal congestion due to acute rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Children 2-6 years: 2-3 drops in each nostril twice daily (morning and evening).
Administration: Clean each nostril from dust and discharge before the administration of Iliadin Kinder.
Overdosage
Chronic swelling from nasal mucous may occur.
Contraindications
Iliadin Kinder should not be used in patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, prostate gland abnormality or diabetes mellitus unless directed by the physician.
Hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline hydrochloride or to any of the components of Iliadin Kinder.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Do not use for >3 consecutive days. If symptoms persist, consult a physician.
The use of dispenser by >1 person may spread infection.
Special Precautions
Use in pregnancy: Potential benefits and risks should be considered before use.
Use in children: Administered only to children 2-6 years.

Side Effects
Burning, stinging and dryness of the nasal mucosa; sneezing; headache; lightheadedness; insomnia; palpitation.
Chronic swelling from nasal mucous may occur in long treatment.
Storage
Store in a cool place (15°-25°C).
